Volunteers for Fall Career Fair

Candidate smiling talking to an employer at the Career FairThanks for volunteering for the 2026 Fall Career Fair with the Center for Career Exploration and Success! As a thank you for volunteering, all volunteers will receive Miami - Career Center swag. 

We will need volunteers on the following dates:

  • Monday, September 14 (Pre-Fair Set Up) @ Millett Hall
  • Tuesday, September 15 (All Majors Career and Internship Fair) @ Millett Hall
  • Wednesday, September 16 (STEM Career and Internship Fair) @ Millett Hall
  • Thursday, September 17 (SCENE - Sports Career Exploration and Networking Expo) @ Shriver Center

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Each volunteer slot is for one hour of your time. You can sign up for more than one slot. If you are signing up on behalf of your student organization or residence hall, be sure to add that to your sign up. Organizations/Residence Hall with the highest amount of participation for their group will receive a pizza party.

Each time slot is one hour. You can sign up for more than one slot. 

  • Fair Set Up = Set up team members will help us organize and distribute materials for our Employers and organizations that are visiting our campus.
  • Employer Assistance = Employer Assistance volunteers will support Employers as they check-in, bringing their different materials and supplies in. In addition to a volunteer spot, this is a great networking opportunity for you to meet with some employers!
  • General Assistance = General Assistance volunteers will serve as floaters checking in with Career Center staff and employers, assisting with Hospitality, Student Check In, etc.
During your volunteer slot, you should dress in Miami University/Student Organization Spirit (no holes or tears on shirts, jeans/pants/shorts). Volunteers attending the Career Fair can also wear their Career Fair attire (Suit, professional, business casual). Whatever is going to be most comfortable for your volunteer role. (You can also change if needed)
