Completing an application for funds does not guarantee that a request will be granted. Students must be undergraduates enrolled at the Oxford campus to be eligible for a Family Fund grant. Eligible students can only receive one award for a study abroad/away or Internship experience and one award for a conference experience throughout the entirety of their enrollment at Miami University.
Additionally, each term has a maximum amount of funds that can be awarded. Once that amount has been reached, no further awards can be given.
For applications to receive full consideration, they need to fully address the questions posed in the application and demonstrate effort and intentionality. Copying a program's description verbatim is not sufficient to do so. Applications should be professional in manner and accurately convey the importance of receiving this grant. Submissions should be free from grammatical errors and use proper sentence structure.
